Newsletter sign-up

The sign-up form collects your email address, and nothing else. It is used solely to send you festival news: artist announcements, ticket releases and practical information. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Your address is stored with Brevo, our sending provider, whose servers are located in the European Union. It is kept until you unsubscribe, which takes one click from the link at the bottom of every message, or a simple request to us.

The form includes a hidden field used to detect automated submissions. It records no information about you.

Press accreditation

When applications are open, the form on the press page collects details about the outlet and about the applicant: last name, first name, email address, phone number, postcode, along with the editorial plan and the days you plan to attend. This information is used solely to process the application. The legal basis is your consent.

The application is sent by email to our press officer, through Brevo, and is not stored on any server of ours. It is kept for as long as the application is being handled, then deleted after the festival edition concerned.

Contacting us

The site has no contact form. To reach us, write directly to contact@motocultor.fr. Your message arrives in our mailbox without passing through this site, and is kept there for as long as needed to handle your request.

Audience measurement and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand which pages are visited and improve the site. This measurement places cookies on your device.

Your consent is collected by Cookiebot. Until you accept, measurement stays disabled and no measurement cookie is placed. You can change your mind at any time using the "Manage cookies" link in the footer.

Ticketing

Ticket sales are handled by Fever. The ticketing buttons on this site take you to their platform, which applies its own privacy policy. No payment or purchase data passes through this site.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare France SAS, 6 place de la Madeleine, 75008 Paris. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including your IP address, in order to deliver and secure the service.

Retention periods

Audience measurement data is kept according to the settings of the Google Analytics property. Your cookie choice is kept for twelve months, after which you are asked again.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@motocultor.fr or to the association's postal address.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr, or with the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

This policy may change, in particular to reflect legal developments or new services. The date it was last updated appears at the top of this page.
