We cannot continue indefinitely with restrictions that undermine our economy, our mental and physical well-being, and the life chances of our children,” announced last week the British Prime Minister. In the United Kingdom, one of the most affected countries by the epidemic, the horizon for a return to normalcy is close. Their government has just unveiled a progressive decontamination plan and hopes that all restrictions will be lifted on June 21st. Moreover, some European metal festivals have been able to officialize their maintenance in STANDING gauge and with camping next August, while the others are waiting to know more. The tours of international bands have not been cancelled yet.
This week, in France, the Elysée announced that “In four to six weeks, we will have vaccinated even more French people, we will have made progress on treatments, which will normally allow us to have an impact on the epidemic as has been the case in other countries”.
We are working very hard in order to be able to offer you in the coming weeks one of the two options below depending on the evolution of the sanitary situation:
Option 1 We offer concert evenings with less than 5000 people, seated or if possible standing, with bars and restaurants, around the dates of August 19-22, 2021 and we postpone the XIIIth edition of the Motocultor Festival to August 2022.
Option 2 We maintain a STANDING festival on August 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2021!
Between now and the beginning of May, we will meet and discuss with the town hall of Saint-Nolff, the prefecture, our service providers, our private and public partners, and we will consult with our employees and the core of our volunteers in order to make the best decisions.
We thank you for your patience and understanding. We miss you.
